Quality Control Inspections
A Quality Control Inspection is an evaluation where a certified and trained evaluator:
- Verifies the work performed against the work plan, specifications and standards.
- Observes the retrofit work in order to ensure the completion, appropriateness and quality of the work for the safety, comfort and energy savings of the building occupants.
- Conducts a methodical audit & inspection of the building.
- Performs building diagnostics and safety tests.
- Records and reports findings and concerns and specifies corrective actions.
Step OneProvide I.S.E. Energy with the initial energy audit information including data collection, photos and diagnostic testing results.

Step TwoProvide I.S.E. Energy with the work orders for all work completed and post work diagnostic test results.

Step ThreeI.S.E. Energy will conduct a thorough Quality Control Inspection and provide the results on our forms or the contractor's forms.
